- 商品代金以外の必要料金Additional fees
- 送金手数料・中継銀行手数料、輸送費、仕向国の関税・税金・港湾諸費用など（インボイス記載）。 / Bank and correspondent transfer fees, shipping, and destination duties, taxes and port charges, as stated on the invoice.
- 支払方法Payment methods
- 銀行振込 / 請求書によるオンライン決済（決済代行事業者を通じて処理）。 / Bank transfer, or online invoice payment processed via our payment provider.
- 支払時期Payment timing
- 請求書発行後、記載の期日までにお支払いください。出荷および船荷証券（B/L）の引渡しは、全額の入金確認後に行います。 / Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice. Shipment and release of the Bill of Lading occur only after full cleared payment.
- 引渡し時期Delivery timing
- 入金確認後に出荷手配を行います。所要期間は仕向港・船便スケジュール等により異なります。 / Shipment is arranged after cleared payment; transit time varies by destination port and vessel schedule.
- 返品・キャンセルReturns and cancellation
- 「返金・キャンセルポリシー」に定めるとおり。落札・仕入後および出荷開始後のキャンセルは原則不可。 / As set out in our refund and cancellation policy. Cancellation is generally not possible once a vehicle is purchased on your behalf or shipment has begun.
