We confirm the port of loading, the booked vessel and the estimated arrival date for your order in writing on your invoice, before you pay. We do not publish generic transit estimates, because the figure that matters is the one for your vehicle on your route.

船積港、予約船便および仕向港への到着予定日は、ご入金前に請求書にて書面でご案内します。一般的な航海日数の目安は掲載していません。重要なのはお客様の車両・航路に固有の日程です。

返品特約Special return terms

法定返品権の不適用 / The statutory right of return does not apply

本条項は特定商取引法第15条の3第1項但書に定める「返品特約」です。したがって、同項本文に定める引渡しから8日間の返品権（送料お客様負担での契約解除）は、当社との取引には適用されません。返品・キャンセルの可否は、以下に定める区分によります。

This is our special return term under the proviso to Article 15-3(1) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. The 8-day right to return goods after delivery set out in the main text of that Article therefore does not apply to orders placed with us. Whether an order can be cancelled or returned is governed by the three stages below.

第1段階 — 当社が発注行為を行う前 / Stage 1 — before we have acted on your order

当社が入札、車両の仕入れ、または在庫車両のお客様への割当てを行う前にキャンセルされた場合、お預かりした金額の全額（申込金を含む）を返金します。控除はありません。

If you cancel before we have placed a bid, purchased a vehicle, or allocated identified stock to you, we refund everything you have paid, including any deposit. No deduction.

第2段階 — 落札・仕入れ・割当て後 / Stage 2 — after purchase or allocation

当社が落札・仕入れ、またはお客様への車両の割当てを行った後にキャンセルされた場合、申込金は返金されません。お支払い済みの残額からは、当社が現に負担した費用（落札手数料、キャンセル料、国内輸送費、検査費、保管料、輸出準備費用、船腹予約料）を控除して返金します。控除内容は明細書を添えてご連絡します。当該車両を転売できた場合は、その分控除額を減額し差額を返金します。

If you cancel after we have bought or allocated a vehicle to you, your deposit is not refunded. We refund the balance of anything you have paid, less the costs we have actually incurred — auction purchase and cancellation charges, domestic transport, inspection, storage, export preparation and freight booking. You receive an itemised statement of those costs with the refund. If we are able to resell the vehicle, we reduce the deduction accordingly and refund the difference.

第3段階 — 入金確認かつ出荷手配後（返金不可） / Stage 3 — after cleared payment and shipment arrangement (non-refundable)

ご入金の確認後、当社が出荷手配を行った時点（船腹の確定予約、車両の港への搬入、バンニングまたは船積み、あるいは船荷証券（B/L）の発行のいずれか早い時点）で売買は確定します。それ以降、注文のキャンセルはできず、お支払い済み金額は返金いたしません。これは支払方法を問わず適用されます。

Once your payment has cleared and we have arranged shipment — whichever comes first of a confirmed freight booking, delivery of the vehicle to the port, vanning or loading, or issue of the Bill of Lading — the sale is final. The order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is not refundable. This applies however you paid.

返送費用の負担 / Who bears return shipping cost

当社の供給不能、または当社に帰責する記載内容との重大な相違により車両を返送する場合、返送運賃、海上保険料および日本国内での輸入諸費用は当社が負担します。お客様の負担はありません。それ以外の理由で当社が返送に同意した場合は、返送運賃、仕向港での諸費用および荷役費、日本への再輸入費用、ならびに転売による差損はお客様の負担となります。

Where a vehicle is returned because we could not supply it, or because of a material discrepancy attributable to us, we bear the return freight, marine insurance and Japanese import charges. You bear nothing. Where we agree to a return for any other reason, you bear the return freight, destination port and handling charges, re-import charges into Japan, and any loss on resale.

段階を問わず適用される例外 / Exceptions that apply regardless of stage

上記の段階にかかわらず、以下の場合は返金します。①当社が車両を供給できない場合（落札不成立、船積み前の損傷、輸出規制等）— 当該車両につきお支払いいただいた全額を控除なしで返金します。②車両が記載内容と重大に相違する場合（車台番号の相違、未開示の骨格・冠水損傷、走行距離の重大な相違、申告済み主要装備の欠品）— 仕向港での引取りから7日以内、または仕向港到着から30日以内のいずれか早い日までに書面でご連絡ください。相違を当社が認めた場合、減額、修理費負担、または車両返送のうえ返金のいずれかを、相当な方法により合意します。

Whichever stage applies, you are refunded in these two cases. (1) If we cannot supply the vehicle — a failed auction purchase, damage before loading, an export restriction — we refund every amount you have paid for that vehicle in full, with no deduction. (2) If the vehicle differs materially from its description — wrong chassis number, undisclosed structural or flood damage, materially different mileage, or missing declared major equipment — tell us in writing by the earlier of 7 days from collection at the destination port or 30 days from the vehicle’s arrival there. Where we accept that a material discrepancy exists, we agree a price reduction, a repair contribution, or return of the vehicle against a refund, whichever is proportionate.
