Shipment tracking
What is CAP?
CAP stands for Car Arrival Progress — our shipment tracking system, which follows your vehicle from the moment it is booked until it clears customs at your destination port.
How to track your vehicle
You can track your shipment using either of these reference numbers:
- Booking number — provided on your invoice once payment is confirmed (format
BT-2025-XXXXX). - Reference number — the stock ID from the vehicle listing page (format
TM-XXXXXXX).
Go to My account → CAP tracking, or use the track shipment search at the top of any page. Updates refresh every 24 hours.
