Payment instructions
Include your invoice number (e.g. INV-2025-XXXXX) in the remittance reference field.
All wire transfers must be received in full — the sender bears all bank fees (OUR charges).
After sending payment, email proof of transfer to csd@bostantrading.com.
Payments are processed within 1–2 business days after funds are confirmed.
Japanese Yen (JPY) is preferred; USD and EUR are accepted — see your invoice for converted amounts.
Important warnings
Do not deposit cash directly into the account without prior written authorisation.
Bostan Trading will never change bank details by email without a signed official notice.
