Payment FAQs
When is the deposit due?
A 50% deposit is required within 3 business days of invoice issuance to secure the vehicle. The remaining 50% must be received before the vessel departure date.
What currency do you accept?
We primarily invoice in USD, and can also accept JPY or EUR. Exchange rates are applied at the time of invoicing based on the mid-market rate.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All bank transfers go through our verified corporate MUFG account at Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank, one of Japan's largest financial institutions.
What happens if my payment is delayed?
Contact our support team promptly if a delay is expected. We will do our best to hold the vehicle, but cannot guarantee availability beyond the agreed payment deadline.
